Ok tak is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ok tak and all its members. By accessing the ok tak website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms.

Ok tak reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of ok tak following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall take precedence.

• Ok tak reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to technical issues.
• Ok tak reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions.

The following conditions must be met to register with ok tak. Failure to comply may result in account termination at ok tak's discretion.

Age & Identity Verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Being 18+ is mandatory to bet on ok tak.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and mobile number during registration.
• Ok tak reserves the right to verify your identity at any time via national ID or passport.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account termination along with forfeiture of the full balance.

One Person, One Account

Only one ok tak account is permitted per person, household, or device. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture across all accounts and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

The security of your ok tak account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.

• Always log out of your account after use, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to ok tak Support immediately.
• To update your account information, you will need to complete a verification process through our support team.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.
• Transferring or selling your ok tak account is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through ok tak Support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure.

Specific rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ok tak. ok tak is committed to ensuring a secure and fast payment process.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made using a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, with a maximum daily deposit limit of ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited and any such funds will be forfeited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is called off.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ok tak reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Ok tak is not responsible for any connectivity issues experienced during live betting.
• Payments may be withheld if match-fixing or irregular activity is suspected.
• Odds on ok tak are determined entirely at ok tak's discretion.

If an Event is Cancelled

If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For partially completed events, settlement will follow ok tak's established rules.

Ok tak regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before opting in.

Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — generally 30 days.

General Bonus Terms

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The same person or household may not claim bonuses across multiple accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok tak. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Betting on match-fixing or based on insider information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to obtain bonuses.
• Using ok tak for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Misconduct or harassment toward ok tak staff.
• Registering with a fake identity or false information.

Ok tak is committed to resolving all disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please follow the process below.

• Step 1: Send a detailed complaint to support@oktak.bet. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
• Step 2: If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, escalate your case to the senior review team.
• Step 3: If a dispute remains unresolved after all internal processes have been exhausted, it will be referred to a neutral third party for resolution.

In all disputes regarding betting settlement, ok tak's logs and records shall serve as the final and definitive evidence.

Ok tak reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or app notification.
